This song was wrote by Eric Clapton to express his pain on his lost. He lost his son, Connor in 1991 when the boy fall from the window of his wife's friend apartment.
I know how he felt, yeah, because I lost mine too in 2012. My boy passed away due to aspiration of milk (that was what the post mortem report said) at his Care center.

Semalam, balik dari ambik anak aku kat sekolah aku terdengar lagu ni kat SINAR FM. Sangat menyentuh hati. Aku cuba mengikut bait-bait lagu tersebut, dan nyanyian itu bercampur sedikit sendu bila membayangkan apa yang berlaku di Palestin. Bayangkan anak-anak Palestin yang sebaya anak-anak kita yang dibunuh kejam olem manusia-manusia laknatullah 'alaihi.. Sombong dan laknatnya bangsa yahudi ini sehinggakan Nabi-nabi dan Rasul yang diutuskan kepada mereka pun dibunuh / dirancang untuk bunuh. Yang terakhir sekali ialah Nabi Isa 'Alaihissalam. Bila dah tak dapat bunuh Nabi Isa, diorang sebarkan pulak bahawasanya Nabi Isa ni sebagai anak Tuhan. Ya, inilah realiti kehidupan kita dalam zaman yang serba serbinya nak duit. Kita ukur kebahagian kita dengan duit. Bila kita cuba lari dari realiti ini sekarang, kita jadi agak tertekan, stress dan tension sebab orang-orang sekeliling kita tak kisah dengan benda-benda macam ni. Biasanya bos-bos ler.. Aku sgt kagum dgn idea music diorang. Inti patinya, dunia kita akan musnah satu hari nanti. So, kita yang berkuasa, atau mungkin berkuasa satu hari nanti, ingatlah. Apa yang kita nak buat fikirlah sebaik-baiknya untuk kehidupan, bukan masa sekarang je, tapi jugak untuk anak-anak kita masa depan. Kadang-kadang apa yang kita buat hari ini takkan nampak kesannya esok atau lusa. Mungkin jugak tidak 3 atau 4 tahun mendatang. Tapi mungkin 10 atau 50 tahun yang akan datang.
Untuk pemimpin-pemimpin negaraku (pembangkang dan peguasa), jangan la dok sibuk sangat nak kondem org nun, nak kondem org ni. Pegang prinsip dan perjuangan anda dan tunjukkan kami apa yang boleh anda tolong kami. Sementara anda berkuasa, tengok sekeliling, mana yang baik datang dari pihak sebelah sana, jangan malu jangan segan, dok bincang. Dengar apa orang nak cakap. Kalau ok, implement. Jgn tolak mementah. Orang nak bahas dalam tempat yang sepatutnya korang berbahas untuk kami rakyat pun hang tak nak mai. Macam mana kata nak bela rakyat. Tak semua yang datang dari belah sana tak baik. Hang pegang amanah majoriti kami untuk tolong kami.
Yang belah pembangkang pulak jangan lak dok membangkang jer. Bila kita nak jumpa benda yang betul? Kat dalam sana jgn la dok bergaduh tapi bawak bincang mana yang elok untuk kami. Anda jugak membawa amanah kami sebagai check and balance untuk orang yang mentadbir sekarang.
